The location was perfect for us as we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

I booked it many times and 100% recommend. Everything was good, including amiable staff and favourable location in the middle of jackson. Location: the hotel was close enough to Dubai. I dined 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue at Dfc Cafeteria. The room was extremely spacious and offered a shower, hair dryers, and towels, so that guests had essentials. It met every demand.

Because of a problem with standard double room we were upgraded and had a reasonably spacious room. The location was good there, in the middle of jackson. All the staff was very-very nice...

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the excellent facilities offered by the hotel. the room service was prompt, and the housekeeping was efficient. the hotel's key location was perfect for getting around the city, with many attractions just a walking distance away. The hotel even had a shuttle service for guests to explore other areas of the city. Lastly, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was delicious and nourishing.

There were some disappointments during my stay. the staff was not particularly welcoming or warm.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the fact that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to find food and souvenirs. the hotel had a gym available to use, which was a nice bonus when wanting to get a quick workout in. the staff members were also friendly and willing to provide helpful recommendations for local attractions.

The room was in need of some updates and maintenance. the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked, and the lack of basic amenities such as coffee-making facilities and bottled water was disappointing.
